Absolutely! You can pick the apartment that works best for you. We offer a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments.

It’s simple:

• Choose your apartment
• Complete the application form
• Provide your ID
• Pay a holding deposit (equal to one week’s rent)

• You’ll need to earn 30x the monthly rent (before tax, not including bonuses/commissions).
• Students are welcome, but will need a UK guarantor, to pay in advance, or show government sponsorship.
• Everyone aged 18+ must provide Right to Rent documents.

Affordable Private Rent (APR) is an initiative that allows our high quality homes be rented at a discount to the market price. APR offers renters the exact same facilities, apartments and experience as the full rental price, but applicants must meet certain criteria.

We have a limited selection of one and two bed APR apartments available. Apartments on offer will be unfurnished.

The income threshold for the Affordable Private Rent Apartments shall be as follows: for single person earnings of no more than £30,000 gross per annum and for a couple household earnings of no more than £45,000 gross per annum or following a review such other figure to be specified by the Council in consultation with PIC. The affordability criteria is based upon a multiple of the monthly rent. The minimum affordability requirement shall be for household income of a minimum of 30 times monthly rent. Nope! The gym & wellness spa is free for residents, and so are regular in person and virtual fitness classes which can be access from the resident app.

You can choose between furnished and unfurnished apartments to suit your needs.

Yes. You’ll pay for water, electricity, and council tax directly. Don’t worry—we’ll guide you on setting everything up.
